THE KNOLL is located at the highest elevation in the area and has panoramic views east, south, and west over Lake Champlain and the village of Westport.

THE KILNS is in the heart of the small bay and offers the most protection from rough water.

WINTER WHEAT is a beautiful 8 acre parcel.  It is mostly pasture land leading gently down to a wooded bluff overlooking Northwest Bay and the broad lake.
